Currently Social and Affordable Rent housing association tenants do not have the right to buy their homes. However, the Government will be running a Voluntary Right to Buy (VRTB) pilot for housing association tenants in the Midlands. We can confirm that Tuntum will be taking part in the VRTB Pilot in the Midlands, which we are expect to commence this summer.
