In August we moved our Sheltered Housing schemes; Balisier Court, Churchfield Terrace, and Lyn Gilzean Court, under the management of Jo Page, our Head of Housing and Customer Experience.
Jo has been working on reviewing the service we provide to all our sheltered housing residents and comparing that to those of other housing providers. We set about holding open feedback sessions, Coffee with the CEO, where our residents could meet and talk to our CEO, Richard and Jo over coffee and cake.
These sessions were incredibly useful as we were able to gain insight from our residents on what their concerns were and what things they think are going well at the schemes.
The information we gathered from the three sessions has been put together in an action plan for us to work with the residents in making sure we offer the best service we can.
We look forward to meeting all our residents again in October for the follow-up session where we’ll report our progress.
