There are many other ways in which you can get involved in decisions about your housing service.

Involving tenants and leaseholders in housing service improvements is vital to Tuntum's success and you can spend as much or as little time as you like with us.

 

These include:

• Becoming a Mystery Shopper
  

• Becoming a member of our Resident Scrutiny Panel. We will send you a policy, survey or questionnaire which you can comment on at home and send back to us in a freepost envelope.

 

• Getting involved in community initiatives such as Tuntum in Bloom
  

• Read our tenant newsletter called 'Engage' to find out what's going on in your area and across the East Midlands
