How to Make a Complaint

We are committed to providing high quality services and we would like your help in knowing how well we are doing. If you have been dissatisfied by the quality of the service you have received from any team or individual, please inform us by completing a Comments, Complaints and Compliments Form and we will contact you and let you know what action we propose to take.

 

To enable us to more effectively listen to your views and feedback, we have introduced this clear, concise and easily accessible policy for dealing with your enquires which is called the Customer Care Service Standard and our Customer Care Procedure sets out how we will deal with your complaint and how quickly you can expect it to be resolved. 

 

You can download a Comments, Complaints and Compliments Form to complete and email it back to admin@tuntum.co.uk or call us on 0115 9166 066 and will will post a form out to you.
