Help Using This Website

We have made every effort to make this website easy to use and find your way around. If you are still having problems, here are some simple guidelines.

Accessibility

If you are having difficulty reading or understanding the information on the site, please see our Accessibility Page.

Best Viewing Experience

Our website is designed to resize to any screen size, however, for the best viewing experience we would recommend the following:

  • A screen resolution of 800 x 600 (ideally 1024 x 768) or greater
  • A maximised browser window (filling the screen)
  • History of favourites windows closed to allow maximum readable space

Website Structure

We have made every effort to make the site easy to navigate. The top menu bar gives quick access to some of the more popular features, including paying your rent.

The left hand menu is used to navigate the content of the site and find the right section.

Once you have found the section you are looking for, the content is presented in a 'blog' style. This means that you will see a short paragraph of the article's text. If you would like to read more, click the 'read more' link to see the full article.

Maps and Directions

Our website integrates with Google Maps. In the 'Contact Us' section, you will find links to 'Maps to Our Head Office and Schemes'. Clicking on these links will open a Google Map of the office or schemes with a balloon showing the location.

In the balloon, you can click on the 'Directions' tab and enter a 'Start Location'. You will then be taken to the Google Maps home page and given directions to the selected destination from your specified location.

Accessing Information

PDF's

Throughout our website we use PDF (Portable Document Format) documents which are accessed by clicking on appropriate document links. To view a PDF document, you may need to download Acrobat Reader first. This is a free software package and is available from http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Going back to the previous page

At the top left hand corner of your page (browser) you will see a back button. By simply clicking on this button you can retrace your steps through the pages you have already viewed on our website.

Breadcrumbs

Across the top of the page, we have included a 'breadcrumb' trail which shows you how you got to the current page:

You are here  >>  Home  >>  About Tuntum  >>  Who Are We?

Each of these steps shows where you clicked and is a link back to that page or section.
