How to Get Involved

At we are committed to informing and consulting our customers about our latest plans and proposals. We are constantly introducing new ways of getting involved in the management of your home.

There are lots of ways that you can get involved such as:

Community Meetings

Tuntum work in partnership with other Housing Associations and local authorities to provide Community meetings in your area. These meetings are a chance for you as our tenants to have your say on issues that you feel are important.

These may be:

  • Welfare Benefits Advice

  • Repairs

  • Anti Social Behaviour

  • Parking Problems

As a tenant, you will be advised when a Community Meeting is being organised in your area and we encourage all tenants to get involved in these meetings.

Quarterly Tenant Meetings

Tuntum's Housing Officers will invite you to Quarterly Tenants Meeting where you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the service you receive from Tuntum and to suggest any areas where you feel that we can improve our service to you.

Tenant Canvassing

As a Tuntum tenant, you will be consulted on any decisions made regarding the updating of and maintenance of all communal areas within your development.

You may be canvassed by the following means:

  • Telephone

  • Letter

  • Community Meeting

  • Door-knocking

Tuntum Newsletter

Our quarterly newsletter, engage, is aimed at all of Tuntum's tenants and is one of our most effective ways of communicating information to our tenants.
Each edition includes updates to our services, news regarding our schemes, keys programmes running each quarter and general news about what's been happening in the Tuntum Community.
