How do I rent a Tuntum house?
Houses are allocated based on the size of the family, and the level of housing need. The assessment of housing need is usually undertaken by the Local Authority.
In the majority of areas that we work in, properties are allocated via a choice-based lettings (CBL) scheme. This system allows applicants more say in which property they will be offered.
How it works: choice-based lettings
We may not offer a property if the applicant has a history of, or is at risk of:
- Anti-social behavior
- Damaging property
- Rent arrears at a previous or current property
Renting directly from us
We sometimes have a small number of properties available to rent directly through us, and not through the local authority CBL scheme. You can apply for these by sending us an application form - you can only use this form to apply for houses listed below, and you will need to specify on the form which property you are applying for. For a wider choice of properties, please register with your local authority as described above.
Applicants will normally need to be in full-time employment in order to qualify for this type of property. We will always assess these applications based on housing need. However, these properties are generally offered on a first come first served basis. Please note that we will only contact successful applicants.

We will update this page as properties become available, so be sure to check it regularly. We also advertise properties on our Facebook page.
Unfortunately we currently have no properties available to let directly. Please refer to your local choice-based lettings scheme.
