Earlier this year Tuntum teamed up with close neighbour Framework Housing Association to respond to a tender opportunity by Nottingham Supporting People to run a contract providing 156 hours per week of floating support to teenage parents in the city. This consortium bid was under the name ‘Foundations.’

In February we were informed that we were successful and, after a lengthy planning period, we are now advertising for staff. There is a target that at least 19% of clients will be from a BME background and Tuntum will employ its own staff member to ensure this group receives a culturally sensitive service. Strong links will be made between Foundations and The Old Vicarage to tap in to their experience and to further develop excellence in both our accommodation based and floating support services to teenage parents.
