Tuntum raises £7 million for additional new homes

Tuntum has agreed a facility of £7 million pounds for our development programme over the next two years.

The facility is through The Housing Finance Corporation (THFC) and will be used for urban regeneration projects.

The money will fund new homes within the THFC's allocated regeneration areas of Nottingham and Derby for rent and shared ownership.

In the last year Tunum has raised over £10 million of new loans to finance its growth in new development.
