Complaints and appeals procedure |

The complaints and appeals procedure is intended for complaints about poor service from Tuntum, its employees or agents, or appeals against our decisions (for example, on allocating tenancies). It is a formal complaint procedure and does not replace the reporting of 'everyday' issues such as complaints about repairs or minor neighbour disputes via your Housing Officer or our Maintenance Department. However, if you are still dissatisfied after trying these channels then you may wish to pursue the issue as a formal complaint. |
