Tuntum has an Equalitry and Diversity Strategy to make sure everyone is treated on an equal basis. This covers all areas of operation, including who is housed, who is employed and contractors used. Those groups that may be discriminated against may be black people, ethnic minorities, women, lesbians and gay men, people with disabilities, elderly people, asylum seekers or refugees.
