Although we have a good track record of developing quality buildings, our primary purpose is to ensure that the homes we provide are appropriate for the people who live in them. We recognise that people have different needs and consequently we take great pride in being able to deliver different housing solutions, sometimes in partnership with other agencies.

 

Tuntum provides a range of different types of housing. In addition to over 800 family homes, 90% of which meet ‘decent homes standards’, there are various supported housing schemes meeting the needs of vulnerable people.
