Your first point of contact for any problems or queries in relation to your home, rent or welfare benefits should be the Housing Management Team.

 

Repairs and maintenance enquiries should be addressed to the Maintenance Team.

 

Tuntum’s head office is open Monday to Thursday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm and on Friday from 9.00 until 4.45 pm. If you would like to see your Housing Officer it is best to make an appointment within the designated surgery times. Please note that if you come in without an appointment your Housing Officer may not be able to see you.
