Care and support at home
If I need a home with care and support provided can you help me?
Tuntum provides both sheltered housing for older people and a range of supported housing for vulnerable people, for example young people who may face homelessness. Please contact Delores Price, who manages our supported and sheltered housing service, for advice by phoning 0115 916 6066.
 
 
Am I able to move to a different property?
If you want to move home, there are various possibilities open to you. Your Housing Officer will be able to explain these in detail, but basically you can apply for a transfer or an exchange. Click here for further details.
 
 
How do I apply for a Tuntum property?

What housing does Tuntum offer?
Nearly all our properties are to rent, but we have an increasing number of ‘shared ownership’ homes where you own part and rent part of the property. We have a range of one, two and three-bedroomed flats and houses and a smaller number of larger houses. These are mainly in Nottingham and the surrounding districts, with some stock in Leicester and Derby.
