As a Tuntum tenant, you should have been given a copy of the Tenant's Handbook. The aim of the handbook is to provide you with information about Tuntum Housing Association, about your home, and about the services available to you. It also provides you with further information on your tenancy agreement, and should be read in conjunction with this document.
If you would like a copy of the Tenant's Handbook sent to you by post, please contact us. Click here to download a copy of the Tenant's Handbook. |

Tuntum will generally not interfere in personal disputes between tenants and their neighbours. Tenants are expected to take some degree of responsibility and to try to sort out any such problems themselves in a reasonable way.
However, where a complaint about a nuisance is received, it will be investigated according to the procedures and guidelines outlined in Tuntum's nuisance policy, a copy of which can be downloaded here. Please contact us if you would like to be sent a copy, or if you need further information. |

- wilful damage to property
- physical attack and harassment by animals.
Tuntum will take action if the harassment is directed by a tenant against another tenant, their household, visitors or any member, contractor or authorised representative of Tuntum.
