We have a DVD version of the tenants handbook. The DVD is designed to be a drama, using actors to show tenants the main elements of their tenancy with Tuntum.
It runs for 22 minutes and covers areas such as ordering repairs, paying rent and getting involved with our work.

As a Tuntum tenant, you should have been given a copy of the Tenant’s Handbook. The aim of the handbook is to provide you with information about Tuntum Housing Association, about your home, and about the services available to you. It also provides you with further information on your tenancy agreement, and should be read in conjunction with this document.
